*Constitution of Central Apprenticeship
Council
In exercise
of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) of section 24 of
the
Apprentices Act, 1961 (52 of 1961) read with rules 3 and 4 of the Central
Apprenticeship Council Rules, 1962, the Central Government hereby reconstitutes
with immediate effect the Central Apprenticeship Council and appoints the Union
Minister of Labour/ Minister of State for Labour as Chairman, the Union
Minister of State for Education / Deputy Minister for Education
Ministry of Human Resource Development as its Vice Chairman and the following persons as
members, namely:-
A. Representatives of Employers in Establishments in the Public Sector:
