Course Objective : After completion of the course the participants will be able
i) to identify, analyse and select various training methods and techniques which can be used in their organisation/Institution.
ii) to demonstrate improved pedagogical interaction patterns.
Course Content : System approach to Training, Organisational Reforms and Integrated Training Approach, Training need analysis, Setting of Learning/Instructional objectives, Designing Training Curriculum, content structuring and presentation, Training Method and Technique, Role Play, Discovery Method, conference, Workshop/Seminar, conducting meetings & Discussion Leading, Team Teaching, project & Guide Text Method, project and Transfer oriented Training, Games, Evaluation of Training Programme & Case Studies, Psychology of learning, Role of AV aids including Multi Media, Micro Teaching & Analysis Technique, Attitude enhancement, Quality concept in Training.
